What does it include?
- Initial inspection of the protection of the electrical panel, including checking the size of the cables and their compliance with current regulations, testing the operation of the circuit breakers, differential switches and earthing. *
- Replacement of the old 6 mm power cables with 10 mm cables between the worktop and the consumer unit in the dwelling.
- Replacement of the old 6 mm power cables with 10 mm cables between the worktop and the consumer unit in the dwelling.
- Replacement of the main fuse (50-63 A, located in front of the counter).
- Replacement of the main switch at 40 A in the switchboard.
- Removal of old and unnecessary circuit breakers.
- New Installation Certificate (Bulletin) that allows a consumption of up to 9.2 kW. *
Average installation time: 5-6 hours.
Prices
Basic installation (flats): 600 € + VAT (21 %)
Additional surcharge depending on the location of the flat, for additional materials and working hours: €80 + VAT per floor.
(3rd floor flat: 3 x 80 € = 240 € + VAT extra).
Additional Information
*Initial Inspection: This is required to ensure that the flat is adequately protected and complies with current building regulations in order to issue an Installation Certificate covering all wiring from the meter to the individual circuits within the flat. Any non-compliance must be resolved before the certificate can be processed.
